A small, ornery, pointy-haired scientist. Sometimes has a beard. He was originally from Earth - specifically, New England in 1921 - but he was tricked into building a portal to another dimension where he has to live off the land and deal with monsters and magic. Since then he's died several times, taken and then been kicked off the Nightmare Throne, built another portal that didn't work as expected, and made friends with/learned to tolerate a number of other people stranded on the island with him.

(In Milliways he's currently from Adventure Mode World 4 in the first game, so some of that stuff hasn't happened yet.)

He's about 5'5" or 5'6", and while he could be mistaken for younger when he's clean-shaven, he's in his early thirties. He's got dark and slightly curly hair that sticks up in three spikes seemingly of its own accord, pale skin, and heavy dark circles under his eyes that never entirely go away.

Wilson doesn't think of himself as having supernatural powers, but his beard has slightly fantastical properties, and he comes in from a world with hammerspace inventories and temporary death and continues to enjoy the benefits of those in Milliways. More about that stuff here.

His PB is Hugh Jackman. He looks similar to movieverse Wolverine (he doesn't have to look like comicsverse Wolverine at all unless you want him to, given the difference in art), but not enough to be a clone or alternate universe counterpart of him; he looks more like Wolverine's wimpy brother, if anything, since he's nowhere near as muscular and lacks the distinctive sideburns.
